Continue your journey after our Israel Pastors Trip with an unforgettable seven-day extension through Greece and Turkey. We will trace the ministry of the Apostle Paul through Athens and Corinth before flying across the Aegean to explore the world of the Seven Churches of Revelation.

This is much more than an extension. It is a second biblical journey, connecting the book of Acts, Paul's epistles, and Revelation with the places where these events actually unfolded.

Day 1 | Wednesday, January 20

Israel → Athens, Greece

After completing our Israel tour, we transfer to Ben Gurion Airport for our evening flight to Athens, Greece.

Upon arrival in Athens, private transportation will meet us at the airport and transfer us to our centrally located hotel. After check-in, enjoy a relaxing evening and prepare for the beginning of our journey through the world of the Apostle Paul.

Day 2 | Thursday, January 21

Corinth • Corinth Canal • Cenchrea

After breakfast, we board our private motorcoach and travel west toward the Peloponnese.

Our first stop is the impressive Corinth Canal. We then continue to Ancient Corinth, where Paul spent approximately eighteen months preaching and teaching the Word of God. Standing among the remains of this great Roman city, we will open Acts 18 and consider Paul's ministry in Corinth as well as the background of his letters to the Corinthians.

We will also visit Cenchrea, Corinth's eastern port, where Paul departed for Syria and where Phoebe served the church mentioned in Romans 16.

We return to Athens for our second evening in Greece.

Day 3 | Friday, January 22

Athens • Acropolis • Mars Hill → Izmir, Turkey

After breakfast, we explore biblical Athens. With our professional licensed guide, we ascend the magnificent Acropolisand stand beneath the Parthenon, one of the most famous structures of the ancient world.

We then descend to Mars Hill, the Areopagus, where Paul proclaimed the unknown God to the philosophers of Athens in Acts 17. Here we will study Paul's message while overlooking the city in which he delivered it.

Following free time in the historic Plaka, we collect our luggage and transfer to Athens International Airport.

At 5:50 PM, we board our included flight from Athens to Izmir, Turkey. Upon arrival, we meet our Turkish guide and driver and transfer to our hotel.

Day 4 | Saturday, January 23

Pergamum • Asklepion • Thyatira • Sardis

Today we enter the fascinating world of the Seven Churches of Revelation.

We begin at Pergamum, addressed by Christ in Revelation 2:12–17, and visit the famous Asklepion, one of the ancient world's great centers of medicine and healing.

We continue to Thyatira before concluding our day at Sardis, where Christ delivered the sobering warning:

Thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead. Revelation 3:1

Day 5 | Sunday, January 24

Philadelphia • Laodicea • Hierapolis • Colossae

Our journey continues to Philadelphia, the faithful church before whom Christ promised to set an open door.

We then visit Laodicea, whose wealth and remarkable ruins provide a vivid background for Christ's warning concerning spiritual lukewarmness in Revelation 3.

Nearby, we explore spectacular Hierapolis, mentioned alongside Laodicea and Colossae in Colossians 4:13, and consider Colossae, the city whose believers received Paul's epistle to the Colossians.

Day 6 | Monday, January 25

Aphrodisias • Ephesus • St. John • Temple of Artemis

We begin at magnificent Aphrodisias, one of Turkey's most impressive Greco-Roman archaeological sites.

Then comes one of the great highlights of the entire extension: Ephesus. Paul spent approximately three years ministering here, and Acts 19 records the tremendous spiritual impact of his ministry. We will walk the ancient streets and study these biblical events in their geographical and historical setting.

As time permits, we will also visit sites associated with St. John and the Temple of Artemis, once one of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World.

We finish our day in beautiful Kuşadası, overlooking the Aegean Sea.

Day 7 | Tuesday, January 26

Departure

After breakfast, we transfer to the airport for our return flights home or onward travel.

In just seven days, we will have connected the worlds of Acts, Romans, Corinthians, Colossians, Ephesians, and Revelation, walking through many of the most significant locations associated with Paul and the early church.
